for the spicy side they actually fry the chicken cubes first and put it in and u can eat it before they put the soup in.

we ordered damn a lot

and then..was quite turned off when i tasted the food.

the soup base(for the non-spicy side) was like totally bland. as a result the food is totally bland too.

apparently dear was happily eating coz he took the spicy side and it tasted much nicer than mine. mine really tasted like water can.

and not like i can share the spicy side of the steamboat w him too since i can't take spicy stuff and i dislike spicy stuff.(except maybe laksa and curry chicken)

i was really quite turned off by the food and began to wish that we've gone to the other steamboat which looks much more appealing. moreover the cost is around the same.

i think perhaps the place is not bad for ppl for likes spicy stuff..and definitely a no-no place for non-spicy lovers like me.

actually. i feel quite sad wasting $20 plus on a steamboat meal whereby the soup and food is totally tasteless. even seoul garden is much better.

am really quite sian diao coz it had been a bad day and now the dinner totally sux.

went to walk around BHG after which and i bought a ettusai concealer since i left mine in the office. the present one is finishing anyway.

but quite expensive leh $36...like O.o for one small lil concealer.

anyways...dear drove me back to my place so that i can bathe and get changed before we head off to his fren's house to play mahjong/pool. (he play pool i play mahjong)

ehh his fren's hse is another one of those fascinating kind. its like HUGE and there's like plenty of spaces to put stuff like massaging chair, gym machines, mahjong tables, pool table blah.

if u put 1 pool table and 2 mahjong tables in my house i think my whole family would have to walk around the house sideways.

and after playing mahjong for a while vin n his frens went to send 2 of their frens off and so me n e other 2 gers went over to play pool for a while. hehe.

errr wasn't too bad at least we're all noobs then not so pressurizing.

oh and i accidentally used vin's fren's cue stick for like maybe 5 mins. super embarrassing. his cue look like those house cue stick and so i tot they're all e same.

was quite shocked when i realized i'm using his cue stick..like his cue cost a few hundred bucks and i quickly changed back when i realized its his cue. -.-

yea anyway vin n his fren took over the table again when they were back and they played till 3+am..i'm like super tired n was half dead watching and waiting for them to end the game.

stayed over vin's hse later on since it was pretty late.

then..this morning...he fetched me back home for me to put down some stuff before we go out to vivo again. wahahas. happening right.

vivo is like super crowded. and there are sales everywhere!

i wanted to get this guess wallet which i have been eyeing for v long and now that there's sale at guess! super happy can.

moreover there's additional 10% discount for uob card.

but i stayed in the shop for very long even though i went in w an aim initially coz i found other designs which are really nice too!

and we decided to go eat at carls' jr first and walk around while i decide on which design to get.

ANYWAYS.

in the end i didn't get the wallet. coz when i tried to use my uob card to pay(additional 10% off!), they told me my card can't be used. like O.o.

called the uob call centre and they say its coz i didn't activate the card or some shit like that and that they're phasing out the other cards and hence i won't even get to replace my card.(which has been deactivated)

so like my uob debit card is totally useless now. put in my wallet for show.
