from tht freaking buyer.
Hi, I do understand your position. However, your TnC is not consistent. The tnc in the page where I saw and bought the top from does not have the strong recommendation on registered mail nor does it states that you are not liable for lost mails.(http://tinkerspella.livejournal.com/13703.html) Moreover, you are unable to prove that you had sent the parcel. I really don't want to worsen this situation, but if we're unable to resolve this, I might have to bring this case to either CASE or litigate by way of small claims. The clause itself is unfair to consumers who might fall into scams and the UCTA might not accept that. I do hope there's a solution to this.she's obviously trying to find faults with my tnc now.
I'M SO DAMN FREAKING PISSED.
then i told her pls do not threaten us with law coz we studied biz law before.
and anybody with pea brains will know normal mail = risk.
morever she knows i offered meet up at nus and she can only know it through my ordering info page coz i only stated it there.
so ITS SO DAMN OBVIOUS SHE READ THE ORDERING INFO PAGE BEFORE AND I WROTE THAT REGISTERED IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
obviously i didn't say she got pea brains.
but whatever. she has one i think.
i've checked with CASE about it and i'm not really afraid.
but she's just totally spoiling my mood.
