man i want to rant. badly.
this buyer bought stuff from me and i sent out her parcel last mon.
till now she hasn't receive it.
yep its a case of lost mail.
my first one.
and now she come running back to me for refunds.
like HELLO we already did our part by double checking the addresses and writing return address and everything.
and now u opt for normal mail when there's a risk of lost mail and u come running back to us for refunds?
in the first place u should have opt for registered mail right.
just because u want to save that additional $2.24 and now when its lost u demand a refund.
and we have already stated clearly in our TNC that WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST MAILS.
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE. WHICH PART DO U NOT GET IT.
I PUT IN EFFORT FOR EVERY SINGLE PIECE FROM CHECKING EMAILS FREQUENTLY, SEND OUT INVOICE, WAIT WAIT WAIT FOR PAYMENT, VERIFY, WRAP PARCELS, DOUBLE CHECK ALL ADDRESSES, WASTING EXTRA INK TO WRITE RETURN ADDRESS.
AND I'VE ALSO TRIED MY BEST TO HELP U BY CALLING UP THE POST OFFICE. (WHEN I COULD HAVE JUST IGNORE U SINCE ITS NOT MY LIABILITY TO DO SO)
NOW U'RE DEMANDING A REFUND EXPECTING ME TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY JUST BECAUSE U OPT FOR REGISTERED TRYING TO SAVE THAT $2.24.
and she even say we should have better refund system for this sort of cases.
WHAT A JOKE.
so u want me to state on my website, oh we'll provide refunds for lost mails. IS IT. SOMETHING LIKE THAT???
so who's going to reimburse for all these refunds WHEN ITS TOTALLY NOT OUR FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
U TAKE A RISK AND U WANT US(ME) TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LOSS WHEN IT HAPPENS?
this kind of buyers seriously shortened my life by at least 10 years.
