went for cruise trip w vin and his family..his parents have very kindly invited me to go on the trip with them again.(vin say its their 21st bday prezzie to me) (:

Day 1, 15th Dec Monday:
met vin n his family in the morning and took train down to habourfront.

checked in, boarded the ship and went for lunch at their Windjammer cafe/restaurant(? whatever that is).

buffet styled:

checked into the staterooms when they were ready...

went to explore the cruise...and decided to go swimming!

the outdoor pool was way too deep for me to practise my swimming and hence i went for the jacuzzi instead after a while. made new friends with the other 3 malay girls who were in the jacuzzi with me.

then..had dinner(fine dining!) at their Romeo & Juliet's restaurant at night.

the food there was really good and yummy!! and they allow for second servings! *drools*

Day 2, 16th Dec Tuesday:

We were too lazy to wake up early in the morning for breakfast..and hence called room service for breakfast instead.

scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hash brown, baked pastries, yoghurt, juices, milk..yummy!

room service for breakfast is totally perfect for piggies like us! hohoho.

arrived at Port Klang, Malaysia on Tuesday morning.

watched the movie "phantom of the opera" back on the ship..didn't finish it though coz the show is simply an overdose of singing and can see that dear was totally bored.

had lunch..and went back to the room a while before we went for a swim(okok not swim, a dip in the water) again after getting back from the ship.

Tuesday's dinner was some captain's welcome dinner for everyone so gotta dress formal...

the escargots rox totally. vvv delicious! ordered another one after trying dear's. yum yum.

then..we went back to our room and we found this:

i really think she's super corny...she'll do one of these(she did swan on the 3rd day of cruise) using towels and leave it on the bed everytime she make up the room in the evening.(she makes up the room twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening)

oh she left free chocolate for us too.

and on thursday evening i went to hide one of the small pillows behind the curtain before we left the room(so that she won't take it away..coz she always remove it in the evening and alvin couldn't slp properly without the small pillow)

then when i came back to retrieve the pillow for vin...i found a mountain of pillows at the hiding place.

so obviously she found the pillow at the hiding place and she went to put all the pillows there.

really trying hard to be funny. -.-!!!

anyway, went for the night disco since they were playing some 70s music and dear and his mother wanna go.

ordered frozen mudslide:

it taste like baileys...yummy!

their RnB music is good! i think the DJ rox..so much better than dbl O.

went back to the room to bathe and went out again to walk around.

Day 3, 17th Dec Wednesday:

phuket ahead..was super excited!

took a ferry to the Patong beach...

did my nails while dear went for foot massage.

their service there is so cheap! dear did his foot massage thingy for like only S$9 while my french manicure with nail art on all fingers + crystals cost only $24(think it will cost like $80~$100 in SG? i don't know)

i wanted to do e massage too but we were time tight. :(

shopping at phuket was so-so though.

i didn't buy anything except for a pair of shorts for my bro.

its like they having sooo many shops but they are all selling the same thing.

and the ppl there are damn irritating. kept pestering u to buy stuff from them.

i wanted to get some pretty key rings from this shop but decided it was too expensive and not worth it after asking for the price(and after considering how much i can bargain)..then the person kept asking me to press the calculator to quote her the price i want when i already decided not to get it.

so i just said no i don't want and she quote me some price like 250 baht...then i was like huh for 6?(coz i wanted to buy 6 initially) then she was like FOR 6??!! NO.

and she closed the box and turned super black faced after that.

seriously i was quite pissed since she's the one who kepting pressing me to punch the calculator for my price when i already don't want to get it. and seriously i just meant to ask if its for 6 and she just treat it like i'm playing some kind of prank on her.

felt like slapping her face.

was super sian diao after that. don't feel like and didn't shop anymore.

silly pig tried to an wei me thinking i'm v disappointed with the phuket shopping trip since i didn't buy anything..but i'm ok actually. at least i did my nail at a super cheap price! hohoho.

went back to the ship for dinner.

didn't managed to take pic of the dessert coz there were too many to be taken one by one and its getting a lil embarrasssing to keep taking pics of the food coz the waiter asked me jokingly if i'm planning to open a restaurant with their menus after taking so many pics.

dinner is like the main highlight of everyday to me.

watched "Devil wears Prada" on the ship..it was not too bad. at least we finished the show unless the phantom show.

didn't go walk around too much after the show coz the sea was super choppy and the ship was rocking so badly that i had motion sickness from it. went to sleep after playing daidee with dear and his mother after a while.

Day 4, 18th Dec Thursday:

next destination: Singapore!

not a single island in sight

didn't call for breakfast as we were all too tired.

went for lunch at Windjammer instead.

went shopping at their shopping arcade..they were having some sale...vin bought prezzie for his parents and for me!(as xmas present he says) (:

went to do all the stuff we can do since its our last day on the cruise..went swimming..had afternoon tea..casino..blah blah.

last dinner on the cruise...sad..i'll miss their dinner.

after dinner they have some finale performance in the middle of the restaurant..with all the service crew singing. somehow i think their performances are all v US-styled.

friday was vin's mother's birthday and his father planned a lil pre-birthday surprise celebration after dinner for her.

failed attempt though coz the waiter forgot abt it(or so i think) and his father gotta remind him about it. hahaha so cute.

went for Ben & Jerry ice cream after dinner..i didn't eat any though coz i was too full.

went to play golf for a while! my first attempt at it! i'm a total noob at it. but its ok i supposed since it was night time and there ain't anybody at the golf course except for me, dear and his brothers. it was quite fun actually..i don't mind playing it again. hahahas.

then spent the rest of the night at the disco and casino till 3.30am.

Day 5, 19th Dec Friday:

nth much except waking up at 730am, pack stuff and checked out.

after that its home sweet home!

back to reality again.

anyway..ty dear for taking care of me for the past few days!

and ty to his parents for bringing me along for the cruise trip!

now the things left to look forward to are the xmas parties/gatherings next week and batam trip in jan!!! i wanna do massage there! hohoho so exciting!
