i'm one hell grumpy person when CNY is nearing.

why?

because i don't feel the joy..new year = stuck at home, zero ppl on msn, retail shops all closed.

no visiting/hse hopping, no ang baos, no crapping sessions with cousins..no nth.

like yea maybe will have a good meal with family at some posh restaurant but i dread walking around the dead city after meal.

i seriously bet nobody knows how the streets look like on chu yi..coz everybody's busy visiting.

i do. have seen it for don't know how many years already.

its dead. shops closed. not a single soul in sight. might see some signs of life on the train though if u're lucky(ppl taking train for visiting).

but other than that, the city is dead.

and the new year goodies are for me and my bro to munch on at home stoning staring at com and the dead msn list and maybe doing homework while waiting for ppl to go home and start talking to me again.

i could have turn to el as chatting partner perhaps since we're almost share the same fate for CNY..but she's away in US now..

yea to wrap up.

CNY sucks. its the worst festival of the year.
