ppl are just so so so greedy.
they see that u offered help and all and tries to push u furthur.
another cust encountered lost mail and i offered help and all.
this time i tried to offer her replacement piece hoping to improve customer service sort of image for my shop.
i only asked her to top up $4 to cover my loss and so its like i don't gain, and she'll still get her piece.
now she come and bargain with me to reduce to $2.
and when i don't give in, she starts pushing the blame of lost mail to me.
yada yada yada.
although its only $2...i just feel gek that i'll have suffer a loss when its not my fault.
anyway i just replied to her email and gave in to her.
haiss i feel like i just aged another 10 years taking all these in. :(
